Roles & Responsibilities: Platform Art Direction, Creative Design, Guidelines & Best Practices, Project Management & Timeline Tracking, Launch Oversight & QA

As Art Director for Platform, Design for Peacock TV, I own creative coordination across launches for all Peacock Originals. Being the on-platform expert for how imagery and artwork appear on the streaming service, I oversee the creation and distribution of creative guidelines and best practices that support consistent, high-quality execution. I work cross-functionally to help Originals shows and content transform on platform, leveraging show assets to create engaging, scalable takeovers and experiences. In parallel, I manage project timelines and tracking, serving as a central point of organization to keep creative, production, QA, and launch efforts aligned from concept through rollout.

From Inception to Launch: The Originals Process

Bringing a Peacock Original to life on platform is a highly coordinated, multi-phase effort that spans teams, timelines, and creative systems. From initial announcement through launch day, each title requires close collaboration across Title and Integrated Marketing, Platform Operations and Design, and Merchandising Strategy. I oversee the full lifecycle of these launches in tandem with the Title Marketing Team, tracking key dates, managing asset selection, package finalization, and ensuring everything is delivered, QA’d, and executed seamlessly on our streaming service.

Phase 1: Announcement & Planning

Align on launch timing and strategy, partner with Title Marketing to establish creative direction and requirements, and begin tracking milestones, dependencies and deliverables across teams.

Phase 2: Creative Development & QA

Guide image selection and asset usage, finalize packages for platform readiness and collaborate closely with Design and Operations to QA creative, layouts, and functionality across all digital surfaces such as main hero browse and the title’s PDP (Product detail page).

Phase 3: Platform Launch & Execution

Coordinate final delivery and merchandising strategy, oversee last-mile checks and ensure the title launches cleanly, on brand, and on schedule across the platform with any supplemental creative support.

Custom Peacock Originals Creative On Platform

In addition to ensuring a smooth launch of all Peacock Originals on platform, I spearhead the development of supplemental custom creative for Peacock Original series. Working closely with the Titles Marketing/Originals team, I ensure all creative stays true to the series’ tone and storytelling while connecting with Merchandising strategy to leverage Peacock TV real estate to drive visibility and engagement. From conceptualizing showcase rails and takeover stunts to building visuals for hubs and curated collections, I design experiences that elevate each title and maximize clickthrough and audience lift.
